Hi, I’m Nicole Mannarino.

 

I’m a strength and performance coach devoted to helping my clients transform their lives through the power of strength and mindset coaching.

Strength training supported my body and mind during my time as a professional dancer in NYC, launching me to a new level in my dance career. I received the prestigious New York Dance and Performance Bessie Award…twice! 

Constantly performing in high stakes environments meant that I had to work through my fears and anxieties and push past huge mental blocks in order to rise to meet the occasion.

After witnessing burnout happen among so many elite dancers and athletes, I knew that there had to be a healthier approach.

Experiencing the crossover body/mind benefits of strength and mindset training in my dance career convinced me that I had to share this profound body wisdom with others. 

Today, I’m able to draw from my extensive movement background in dance, pilates, gyrotonics, strength training, and rock climbing to help you access your own strength and potential.

My training in mindfulness, mindset, wellness, and performance coaching allows me to guide you in making a brain/body connection that will make you feel unstoppable in your life.

It is ambitious. And it is possible.

“During the time I have been training with NIcole, not only have I grown much stronger in my overall body strength, I did it  through severe osteoarthritis and a full hip replacement which allowed me to have an incredibly fast recovery and get back to my full routine within a month after surgery! 

When I originally came to Nicole I had hesitations about the time commitment, however meeting virtually has given me the flexibility to be consistent even with intense work, significant travel and limited time. 

Nicole is so good at the zoom training that I never felt like I needed in person sessions.  She’s amazingly skilled at seeing everything through zoom and making very technical corrections to ensure that my form is resulting in maximum benefit and avoids injury. There is no cheating with Nicole watching!  

Through our work together, I have increased my confidence, gotten new stress management techniques, developed an ability to calm my nervous system fast, and new hope for strength and mobility as I age.

Hi, I’m Brittany.

I’m a movement and performance coach who specializes in helping highly- motivated people raise their body awareness and experience real breakthroughs in their lives and careers. I believe self-transformation begins with the unification of the mind and body.

As a professional dancer, I’ve performed on some of the world’s most elite stages, training with renowned teachers (Merce Cunningham and Melissa Hayden) and directors (Marina Abramović, Michael Clark, Yvonne Rainer, and Robert Wilson) who helped me unlock and perform at my full potential. This blueprint drew me to study movement with a scientific lens, allowing me to coach clients through the subtle changes required in order to create profound results.

I have special training in navigating injury, improving mobility, neuromuscular patterns, and athletic conditioning and am currently a doctoral candidate in occupational therapy at George Washington University School of Medicine. I am a great fit for clients who want to discover what’s possible when you access the full measure of the brain/body alliance.
