Hi, I’m Nicole Mannarino, and I’m glad you’re here. 

 
 

As an award-winning dancer, choreographer, and strength and performance coach, I want to help you reach your limitless potential. My goal is to guide you in learning how to translate the strength, confidence, and calm you experience in our sessions into your everyday, fast-paced work and home life. 

I have decades of experience in a variety of movement and mindfulness practices, as well as extensive training in mindset, strength, and performance coaching.

Private coaching allows me to lean into my unique background and meet you right where you’re at. In my practice, there’s no one size fits all solution. Instead, you’ll get a custom-fit strength and mindset approach that matches your unique needs in real time.
